1. Independent preparation provider
PrepVanta is an independent exam-preparation provider. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, or authorized by Project Management Institute, Inc. (“PMI”) or any other certification owner unless a PrepVanta page expressly states otherwise.
PMP, PMI, and PMBOK are marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. Certification names and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies the examination for which independent preparation is offered and does not imply affiliation.
2. Not exam registration or required training
Purchasing or completing a PrepVanta product does not register you for an exam, determine your eligibility, pay an exam fee, confer a credential, award professional-development units, or satisfy required education or contact hours unless a product expressly and verifiably says it does. Confirm all eligibility, application, audit, scheduling, identification, and exam-day requirements directly with the certification owner.
3. No pass or career guarantee
PrepVanta does not guarantee that you will pass an exam, receive a particular score, obtain or retain a certification, secure employment, earn a promotion, increase compensation, or achieve any other professional outcome. Exam results depend on factors beyond the Services, including prior knowledge, study effort, judgment, test conditions, exam changes, and certification-owner decisions.
Statements about study structure, focus, or preparation value describe product design—not promised results. No practice score should be treated as an official score or probability of passing.
4. Readiness scores and diagnostics
Diagnostics, domain percentages, progress indicators, recommendations, and readiness scores are internal study metrics. They are intended to help organize review and identify possible weak areas. They are not psychometrically equivalent to an official exam, are not validated by a certification owner, and do not predict or guarantee an official result.
Short diagnostics sample only part of a blueprint. A high score may reflect familiarity with the sampled concepts rather than complete readiness; a low score may identify useful study priorities without measuring your full capability.
5. Original content—not exam questions
PrepVanta practice questions and explanations are independently authored from legitimate public objectives and underlying subject matter. They are not recalled exam questions, exam dumps, leaked items, or copied competitor questions. PrepVanta does not claim that any practice item appears on an official exam.
Do not submit recalled or unauthorized exam content to PrepVanta. If a question appears similar to an official or third-party item, report it to support@prepvanta.com so it can be reviewed.
6. Accuracy and exam changes
PrepVanta aims to keep published information and preparation materials accurate and aligned with the public exam blueprint identified on the product page. Certification owners may change objectives, weighting, eligibility, fees, delivery rules, or policies at any time. Public announcements may also be incomplete, revised, or differently applied to scheduled candidates.
Always verify current requirements and effective dates with the certification owner, especially before applying, paying a fee, scheduling, rescheduling, or choosing study materials. If you find potentially outdated content, contact support.
7. Educational information only
The Services provide general educational information. They are not legal, financial, tax, employment, cybersecurity, medical, or other professional advice. Scenario explanations illustrate exam-oriented reasoning and may simplify facts that would require organization-specific policies, evidence, expert judgment, or professional advice in real work.
Do not use a practice explanation as a substitute for applicable law, safety requirements, professional standards, employer policies, contracts, or advice from a qualified professional.
8. AI-assisted material and human review
PrepVanta may use software and artificial intelligence to assist research, drafting, analysis, or personalization. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or wrong. Published learning material remains subject to PrepVanta’s originality, accuracy, and review processes, but no process eliminates every error. Users should report ambiguous, inaccurate, or outdated material rather than relying on it in a high-stakes real-world decision.
9. External links and third-party information
Links to certification owners, payment providers, or other websites are provided for convenience and verification. PrepVanta does not control third-party content, availability, security, or policy changes. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
10. Testimonials and examples
Any testimonial, learner story, sample result, or illustrative readiness display reflects an individual experience or a clearly labeled example. It is not a guarantee that other users will achieve the same outcome. PrepVanta does not fabricate pass rates, testimonials, customer counts, or official-score equivalence.
11. Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding when to sit for an exam, verifying that you meet official requirements, selecting appropriate resources, protecting exam confidentiality, and using professional judgment. Where a certification owner’s rules conflict with PrepVanta content, the certification owner’s current official rules control.
