The current PMI outline weights Fundamentals 36%, Business Analysis 27%, Agile 20%, and Predictive 17%. Use those weights to allocate effort—then let your errors, not habit, decide what receives extra time.
Establish the project lifecycle, governance, roles, ethics, problem solving, and communication. End each session by retrieving definitions and applying them to one short scenario.
Practice stakeholder roles, requirements elicitation, user stories and use cases, traceability, product roadmaps, acceptance criteria, and delivery validation.
Compare adaptive and plan-based choices. Work scheduling, cost and quality controls alongside iteration planning, prioritization, team practices, and adaptive tracking.
Run mixed timed practice. Classify every miss by domain and cause, then revisit only the weak principle. Finish with two realistic 180-minute rehearsal blocks rather than late cramming.
Learn for 20 minutes, retrieve without notes for 10, solve scenarios for 20, and log errors for 10. Once a week, use a mixed timed set to check whether knowledge transfers across domains.
